Blog thoughts

Why do people blog? This has to be the most ridiculous thing anyone has ever heard of yet people including me sign up for this crap. Who cares what my thoughts are or what I am doing? Twitter, myspace, facebook, how many more can we possibly get? This is why people do not have quality time anymore, we all have to update our status or we need to blog about something. Is this really what we should be wasting our time on right now? I know I shouldn't be. I should be working but something about this stuff intrigues me. Who thought of Blogs anyway?
